Resilience Consulting Services proudly announces the successful completion of the first cohort of its flagship virtual training program, "Understanding Change & Why It Is Hard," held on July 25, 2026.
The live, interactive session, facilitated by ProSci® Certified Change Practitioner Neha P Shah, drew 11 registered participants, including 3 female professionals, reflecting the organization’s commitment to inclusive capacity-building. Attendees represented a diverse cross-section of industries, sectors, and seniority levels—ranging from emerging professionals to senior Country Directors—all united by a shared curiosity about the human side of transformation.
Throughout the 60-minute session, participants explored the neuroscience behind change fatigue, the impact of uncertainty on decision-making, and practical techniques to build resilience. The interactive format, which included reflection exercises, real-life case studies, and a diagnostic activity, received overwhelmingly positive feedback. Attendees described the program as "highly productive," "insightful," and "immediately applicable" to both their professional and personal lives.
