Free Business Process Improvement Webinar

In today's operating environment — where margins are tighter, customer expectations are higher, and technology is reshaping entire industries — the way an organisation runs its internal processes is not a back-office concern. It's a competitive advantage.

Businesses that continuously examine and improve how they work tend to outperform those that don't — not because they have more resources, but because they use what they have more effectively. Whether you're managing a production line, a service operation, or a cross-functional team, inefficiencies have a cost: in time, money, quality, and people.

Meet the Presenters

Sayed Mahmood Fazli - Presenter
Sayed Mahmood Fazli brings over two decades of hands-on experience in business process improvement, operational transformation, and organisational change — across both the public and private sectors, in some of the world's most complex operating environments.

He holds a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification and is a certified Enterprise Architect (TOGAF), Scrum Master, Kanban Expert, and Design Thinking Practitioner. His academic background spans two Master's degrees — one in International Human Resources Management and one in International Cooperation and Humanitarian Aid — alongside a Bachelor of Business Administration.

His career has taken him from directing business process simplification for the World Bank, to advising USAID-funded institutional development programmes, to leading operational analytics at the UN. More recently, he has been applying AI, IoT, RPA, and cloud-based solutions to help organisations modernise the way they work — reducing costs, improving customer outcomes, and building internal capacity that lasts.

He does not teach theory for theory's sake. Every concept covered in this programme comes with real examples drawn from his own project work, and practical frameworks you can start using immediately.
